Energy Smart Commercial Buildings Retrofit Program

Efficiency New Brunswick is offering the following incentives:

• Small building (up to 15,000 ft2)
  • Energy audit: 50% of cost up to a maximum of $1,000
  • Retrofit: $30/gJ saved, up to a maximum of $75,000
• Medium building (15,000-75,000 ft2)
  • Energy audit: 50% of cost up to a maximum of $2,000
  • Retrofit: $30/gJ saved, up to a maximum of $75,000
• Large building (over 75,000 ft2)
  • Energy audit: 50% of cost up to a maximum of $3,000
  • Retrofit: $30/gJ saved, up to a maximum of $75,000
