The cash incentive provided by Gazif\u00e8re cannot exceed 40% of the cost of the measure or $20,000* for projects involving building mechanical systems, and 40% of the cost of the measure or $10,000* for the other types of projects.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966; font-size: 18px; padding: 12px; border: solid 2px;\"><a style=\"color: #339966;\" href=\"https:\/\/gazifere.com\/en\/support-for-initiatives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>PROGRAM DETAILS<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;R\u00e9noclimat (Insulation)&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.9.2&#8243; background_size=&#8221;initial&#8221; background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221; use_border_color=&#8221;off&#8221;]<strong>Improving the insulating value of a roof<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Insulation work must target at least 20% of the total surface area of the roof to be entitled to financial assistance. Small Multiple-Unit Building promotes the construction of residential buildings with high energy performance.<\/p>\n<p>The Novoclimat Small Multiple-Unit Building program applies to duplexes, triplexes and quadruplexes as well as multiple-unit buildings of three or fewer storeys and 600 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0and less. The types of buildings eligible are private, i.e. condominiums or dwelling units, or social housing.<\/p>\n<p>A Novoclimat dwelling unit or condominium offers numerous advantages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>more energy efficient dwelling units, which will reduce your energy costs;<\/li>\n<li>superior comfort since more airtight walls mean fewer unpleasant drafts;<\/li>\n<li>better air quality because of the mechanical ventilation heat recovery system that draws fresh air into the main rooms;<\/li>\n<li>better temperature control through the use of electronic thermostats but, above all, by means of superior insulation and the installation of energy-efficient windows that help to keep warm inside in winter and cool air inside in the summer;<\/li>\n<li>a dwelling built by trained, certified professionals since only specially trained builders and ventilation specialists who have obtained Novoclimat certification issued by the Bureau de normalisation du Qu\u00e9bec may build small multiple-unit buildings and install a ventilation system in them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;
